Butternut squash roasted with shallots, pears, and fresh thyme then finished with creamy goat cheese

Casco Bay choice cut prime rib seasoned to perfection and slow roasted

Portobello mushrooms, oven roasted tomatoes, artichoke hearts, sweet onions, and seasoned squash simmered in a vegetable béchamel and baked in a herbed cream cheese pastry crust

Native Maine Scallops baked with a buttery cracker stuffing
