hand tossed with our own Caesar dressing and homemade croutons

Served with our homemade rolls, fresh vegetables, and choice of creamy baked risotto or Yukon gold mashed potatoes
Turkey roulade
Fresh turkey breast rolled with baby spinach, roasted bell peppers, and imported Swiss cheese. Served with pan dripping gravy
Casco Bay choice cut prime rib seasoned to perfection and slow roasted
SLOW SIMMER CASSELOTE
Portobello mushrooms, oven roasted tomatoes, artichoke hearts, sweet onions, and seasoned squash simmered in a vegetable béchamel and baked in a herbed cream cheese pastry crust
BAKED STUFFED SCALLOPS
Native Maine Scallops baked with a buttery cracker stuffing
